Conclusions of Executive Seminar on Speed and Speed Management
On 8 October 2020, the European Commission and the Transport Area of the Florence School of Regulation organized an Executive Seminar with applied experts, researchers and stakeholders on speed and speed management in European road safety policy. The participants agreed on these conclusions: “speed seminar conclusions”.
A number of participants contributed to an “input paper” on various aspects of speed and speed management. This document, as well as a new thematic report on speed from the European Road Safety Observatory (link to Thematic Report Speed), constituted a very helpful basis to the discussions.
