This document is a VicRoads Supplement to the Austroads Guide to Traffic Management, the Austroads Guide to Road Safety and Australian Standards. The primary source of guidance on this topic comes from the Austroads Guides. However, for the practice of traffic management in Victoria, this document takes precedence to the extent of any conflict with other documents.
